The creative salads at nearby Restavracija Veranda were a culinary delight, and I loved the easy access to the waterpark across the street, a hit with the kids! Plus, the staff really made navigating the hotel seamless.

Breakfast was pretty basic, unfortunately, offering limited options and lacking cheerful service. Not to mention, no coffee machine in the room and no complimentary water-felt a bit off for a four-star place!

Beautiful hotel, air-conditioned rooms, free wi-fi. An air conditioning and a balcony in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel, well heated and reasonably large rooms. Booked a room with a castle view. Particularly good and unbeatable location, it was walk from a bus stop. A grocery store and a supermarket were right next door.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. The air conditioning struggled to keep cool .

It's the room cleaning.

The location is quite nice, with easy access to the surrounding area. The balcony in the room offers a decent view.

The hotel has a dated feel, resembling something from the 60s. WiFi connection was poor, and the shower unpredictably changed temperature, from subzero to scalding in seconds. Breakfast offered limited choices and was often crowded, even outside peak season. The kettle was tiny and not a single tea bag in sight.

Near the spa, near the lake.

Breakfast is weak. One elevator for the whole hotel. The price for accommodation is overstated.

Family room was nice and big for a family of four.

Finding a parking spot was difficult due to limited space. Staff didn't seem to care though.

Super convenient to the lake and nearby restaurants. The large, clean bathroom was a win. The pillows left a lot to be desired and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel, service. And location is very nice. Best, if you get a room facing the back, as you will have a view of the mountains. It is a bit pricey, though breakfast and parking is included. Jut a view minutes walking distance from the lake. It is mailny recommended for families with children. The made service was very friendly and helpful as well. We really enjoyed staying here. Next time though, we are planing to stay in the nearby village, for more nature and better room prices.

It was excellent for family with youg children. Price reasonable, indoor swimming pool(not even in our hotel) just good, good location, family friendly..!

There was only one toilet with tiny bath.

The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Matjaz and Genadjuz, who provided valuable assistance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options.

Air conditioning struggled to keep cool.

This is a very good hotel for staying in with children. They loved the entertainment and all the extra comforts like the little wagons and play area. The swimming pools are excellent. The standard family room turned out to be 2 rooms with interconnecting doors, with a bath and a shower.

Next time I would book a room with kitchenette. The restaurant in the nearby hotel is not great and the halfboard evening meal is at 7pm which is a little late for small children. There are good restaurants in town close by though.
